Q. When can I check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in is at 3pm to 9pm. Check-out is at 10am.
Q. What are the reception opening hours?
A. The reception opening hours are 8am-9pm. So please kindly remind us if you are arriving at late night. Please note, late check-in is available at an additional fee. 500 yen per person per hour.
Q. Can I check out before 8am?
A. Yes. Please put your key on the reception counter. Please kindly remind us the day before your check out time.
Q. Can I pay with credit card?
A. We accept only cash. The 7-Eleven is Just 2 min walk away. You can withdraw Japanese Yen with your ATM card using the Seven Bank ATM.
Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A. Yes. We can keep your luggage during 8am – 9pm for free.
Q. Is your guesthouse easy to find?
A. We are located on a small street. Our guesthouse is a 3 floor building and faces a small parking(not ours). Since our neighbor has the same family name SUZUKI as us, please pay attention to our signboard Suzuki Guesthouse.
Q. Is parking available at the guesthouse?
A. We don’t have parking. But there are coin parking lots nearby.
Q. Do you allow smoking in the guesthouse?
A. All of our floors are non-smoking floors. Although we do have an outdoor smoking area.
Q. Do you serve breakfast?
A. Yes. The breakfast service is some kind of breads and coffee. 400 yen. It needs reservation 1 day before.
Q. What toiletries do you provide?
A. We provide shampoo, body soap and bath towels. You can change one free bath towel everyday at reception.
Q. Do you have kitchen?
A. Yes we have. We have induction cooker, microwave, toaster, hot water, and cutlery.
Q. Do you have a laundry machine?
A. Yes. 300 yen for one wash,detergent included. We don’t have any dryer but a covered balcony to dry the clothes.
Q. Can I reserve a bicycle? How much does it cost?
A. Bicycle hire is 800 yen per day, no deposit needed. The reservation request on arrival cannot be guaranteed because of the limited number of our bicycle. We accept reservations 30 days in advance. Please kindly note that cancellation notified on the day could be charged 100%.
Q. Can you help me to make a reservation for restaurant or something else?
A. We can only make a reservation after your arrival.
Q. How can I provide feedback on my stay?
Q. What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my bed or locker?
A. Our beds and lockers will be cleaned after check-out, so that your item probably has been found. Please contact us by Email. (email@example.com) We only keep the lost item for one week if there’s no-one claims it.
